Eligibility:
  - Must be a member of Halifax County Local.
      Confirm Halifax County Local Schools here.
  - For members wanting to know more about our union, benefits, and supports.
  - This conference is geared for members who have never been to Rep Training, other Hfx Co Local Conferences, nor NSTU Leadership Skills Development Institute. 
  - No prior experience necessary. 
  - Accepted on a first come, first served basis according to eligibility listed above

  - Short, informal, interactive sessions (and a few prizes)
  - Time for discussion and questions
  - A welcoming, supportive environment
  - Opportunities to connect & break bread with other members
  - Information & resources to support your work & wellness
